Management Team
With more than two decades of broad-based experience in the computer industry (including more than 15 years with IBM), Jorge brings an array of entrepreneurial skills and marketing talents to his leadership position with QCM Technologies. As director of day-to-day operations, Jorge relies heavily on his professional experience, his extensive educational background (which includes a masters degree from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird)), and input from his team in setting operating objectives and developing plans to help clients meet their data management needs. In 2001, Jorge established QCM Technologies, Inc. His primary responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and supporting the company's local IBM-product-sales team in order to enhance relationships with distributors and key vendors.
Wally has worked in the information systems industry for almost thirty years, beginning as a programmer and then moving up to the CIO position with a firm in Mesa, Arizona. During the 1980's, Wally was active in and served as the President of the Sun Valley User Group, an IBM midrange systems user group. Wally has also gained national recognition by serving on the AS/400 Customer Advisory Panel in Rochester, MN. For several years, Wally has worked as an organizational and team leader in sales and technical services for AS/400 systems. Wally is well respected in the local community by both customers and IBM as an expert in midrange systems solutions, systems design and system sizing.
For more than 17 years, Tim has worked in the information technology (IT) industry in a variety of sales and management positions for such organizations as IBM, PeopleSoft and Siemens Business Services. Tim works with corporate executives to improve back-office functions by implementing ERP solutions that facilitate increased operating efficiency and thereby enable clients to raise topline revenue. As Vice President of Application Development for QCM, Tim works with middle market companies in the manufacturing, distribution, and construction industries throughout the Southwest and helps them meet enterprise application objectives.
Peggy Allison, CPA, is the Controller of QCM Technologies. During 25 years of corporate accounting, Peggy has gained extensive small business experience working with a variety of organizations in the SMB space. In her current position, Peggy works directly with senior management to develop and implement forecasting strategies. She also works with vendors on matters affecting compliance and pricing.
Over the course of more than two decades, Steven has been responsible for the onsite outsourced hosting of the entire Compliance and Messaging Environment for a worldwide financial services company. Additionally, he has administered, designed, implemented, and migrated messaging solutions, directory services, and network monitoring solutions. His projects have ranged from the development of new corporate wide systems to entire corporation server and desktop migration. He has participated in the development of new service offerings, the improvement of current accounts, and many operational and technical reviews and implementations. He has extensive network design, administration, operational and troubleshooting skills.
With more than 20 years of IT experience, Russ has been responsible for delivering technical infrastructure, programming, and operational direction to a number of organizations in both technical and management roles. He has led a variety of teams delivering timely, technically sound, cost-effective enhancements, implementations, migrations, and support through emerging technologies and application enhancements, dedicated to both internal and external customer satisfaction.
As Director of Services, Russ is responsible for technical pre-sales support and services for IBM mid-range and system storage solutions(SAN). His team is driven to provide the utmost in customer satisfaction through technical design, installations, upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, operational reviews, and support. Both he and his team possess a variety of technical certifications in order to remain current with evolving technologies and solutions.
With more than eighteen years of experience in marketing/communications and community relations positions, Mark has worked with organizations from a variety of industries including technology, financial services, healthcare, and hospitality. At QCM, Mark works closely with the sales team and coordinates all marketing and communications activities, including media relations, special events, website content management, customer training sessions, and development of collateral materials.
