With more than three decades of broad-based experience in the computer industry (including more than 15 years with IBM), Jorge brings an array of entrepreneurial skills and marketing talents to his leadership position with QCM Technologies. As director of day-to-day operations, Jorge relies heavily on his extensive educational background, which includes a Bachelors in Information Systems from Arizona State University and an Executive Master’s Degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird), his professional experience, and input from his team in setting operating objectives and developing plans to help clients meet their data management needs. In 2001, Jorge established QCM Technologies, Inc. Jorge’s two notable strengths are his love of IT’s stream of inventiveness and energy, and his providing a culture where his employees thrive. He is an admired ‘leader by example’, as evidenced by the tenure of QCM employees, a group offering over 300 years of combined experience, with most averaging over 10 years of service. Jorge is an active community leader serving on such organizations as Greater Phoenix Leadership, Director on the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Board, ASU Alumni Association, amongst others.
